We are proud to introduce the Waygate Technologies, a Baker Hughes business, Mentor Visual iQ+ Borescope, the most advanced tool for precision inspections in the industry. This state-of-the-art device brings unparalleled measurement accuracy and workflow automation, elevating our inspection capabilities. The MViQ+ includes a new AI-assisted commercial engine borescope solution to enhance defect recognition for part inspections. This allows us to perform High Pressure Compressor (HPC) inspections for the CFM LEAP engines. The new AI techniques increase detection rates by ~34% while reducing false alerts by >13% vs Gas Power-assist model.
Today, the Waygate Technologies team is onsite, conducting comprehensive training to ensure our staff can fully leverage this technology for our upcoming CFM LEAP-1A and CFM LEAP-1B workscopes. With this innovation, we are further enhancing our commitment to delivering world-class service and precision to our clients.
